    Any EPASS reps around?

    I need ticket # 31186 looked at, it's been over 24 hours and nothing yet! I want my $$$!

      bump anyone around today, its been 3 days that i haven't been credited for my $3000+ K and nothing has been done, I want my money either back on my CC or in the epassporte account. Some tool overthere activated my credit card again, it's been activated all the time, you call that support?. I want some support!!!!!!!!

              I just talked to Edwin on the phone and he's best rep i talked to so far... he said that the charges will go back onto my Credit Card because they were declined by e-pass but it might take a few (5-7 business) days... he also upped my daily load limit !!!

              Finally I get some support!
