I dont even know what 50% of those programs do. BUT I can not see how anyone would need quicktime, windows media player 2 outlooks and 3 versions of Acrobat all on quick access.

Easiest way is to do an ALT-Print Screen and then open an image editing software package and paste the image that's waiting in the Windows Clipboard to create a new image and then save it.

whats with the alt print screen? I've always just pressed print screen. doesnt alt only print the window open.
