Of course not.

No one can use copyritten material under any circumstances, unless you get the appropriate license.

I'm sure there are a lot of website who are infringing on copyrighted material. How many companies can actually go after each and every one. It is imposible.

I don't think the copyright law applies to me. Same with a lot of traffic laws and most of the other city, state and federal laws on the books. I just do what I want, when I want. It's really nice not to be burdened with worry about what might be considered "illegal" when you're trying to have fun.
