Ok I will admit I have not had one in years. Yes I also know they can be and often were sodium bombs. For some reason though I bought one yesterday and decided to make it for lunch today. The instructions were very different than they used to be. I had to actually take things out for parts of the cooking and so on. I must admit that TV dinner technology has really changed, and oddly enough it tastes fairly decent unlike before.

I remember eating that shit back in the day. I hate the chicken ones, tasted like shit.
