utah do-not email list
I have been reading about the utah and michigan no not email list but they do not list the place where you can get the list so that mailing lists can be scrubbed, anyone know where the list can be obtained?

Don't send spam to any email addy with an '@' character in it, and those states will leave you alone.

spammers will obtain the list in no time, and instead of scrubbing against it, they will mail to it, heh

Shouldn't be a problem for me. I put in my Terms and Conditions that people from Utah can't join or surf my sites anyway! Fuck 'em if they can't vote correctly!
