#1 They have already charged 2 suspects. They wouldn't do that without an admission of guilt or Solid Proof. #2 they are calling in Divers and searching the ocean. They don't do that unless their looking for a body. #3 If she was alive they would have found her by now. Best case scenario is that she was kidnapped and is being held captive.
