Whitman would be classified as a spree killer.

Why not?

They're fascinating people. Interesting to read about people who think that what they were doing was normal, why and where it went "wrong".

First of all it aint anti america, its anti bush.
Second, there are not only anti bush foreigners, their are also anti bush americans. I know, weird huh?
Only the inbreed american sheep support that asshole. So youre part of the flock of an alcoholic pretzel choking serial killer, so that makes you the sheep.

Todd McFarlane did a really good Bathory figure too, has her bathing in a pool of blood. He did some other prominent killers too, like Jack the Ripper, which looks great as well.

I thought the Dracula legend was based on Vlad "The Impaler" Dracul?

What no one is fascinated by the BTK killer? Interesting that he blended into society for 30-40 years until being caught.

Vitasoy 06-30-2005 07:46 AM

Elizabeth Bathory aka The Blood Countess

Drake 06-30-2005 07:53 AM

Keyser Söze. Oh wait, he wasn't real.

I think she lived about 80-100 years after Vlad and was reportedly inspired by him.

Kanon 06-30-2005 08:16 AM

The name is from Vlad, who lived before Bathory, but most of the modern day popular folklore (Bram Stoker primarily) seems to be based around Bathory. Vlad was a little weird who liked to impale enemies, but he was also a hero. The mannerisms, attitude and general habits of Dracula are much more in line with how Bathory acted.

If anything the modern day legends are at least half Bathory half Vlad inspired. I personally believe it's more Bathory but eh, lots of debates on that subject :upsidedow
