I find it funny that you have not tried contacting either myself or Michael (the owner) if you believ our reps "don't have the authority to help you". Our ICQ numbers are easy to find....again, here's mine: 520468.

I have also checked our DB logs and see NO record of any contact form submission by you.

I'm sure whatever your problem is can be quickly resolved. Please note that we are usually not online on GFY though at 3am-4am. I just love how the people with complaints always feel it best to post them when they know we won't be around for a few hours, don't you ?

Anyhow if you ICQ me OR use our contact form, your issue will be solved. You should have done so to begin with and saved a lot of time.

Actually, some of our staff are. Lara as well as Michael are off in different countries. Bryan, Sam and myself (though not a rep) are all here though

This is the TRUTH (I personally find it appalling that, aside from treating me poorly, you now call me a liar):

1. I have contacted the ONLY person I could ever get ahold of on icq.

2. 17 days ago I sent a message via your online form. I have sent 4 others in total. I have written copies of all of them.

3. You have DELETED my forum message and request for help.

4. I have NEVER ONCE said your program was shaving. I in fact firmly believe that, aside from support and my own account problems, you have a fine program and a good dating site.

5. I just want to get paid.

6. I want my account to show the correct PPS amounts.

7. I want the other issues mentioned to your reps to be sorted out and clarified.

I have HONESTLY done my best to contact ANYONE who could help me. I have NEVER ONCE bashed anyone or any program. I am NOT doing it now.

It is quite simple.

There is obviously a problem with my account (a scripting problem I think) and I have tried my very best to get it resolved. GFY was my last resort.

However, due to your remarks and your effors to make me look like a liar, I wil not promote you. Be thankful I have been so nice and sensitive.

First of all, why woudl we sue you? That makes no sense...as well, where exactly have I called you a liar? Please show me. As well, I don't see me mentioning anywhere in my post that you said we shaved (that was someone else, who I replied to with a different post).

1) I am on ICQ almost all the time, so it would be hard to not be able to get ahold of me.

2) I will re-verify, but as I receive copies of all these submissions, I don't recall seeing it unless you used a different email/name.

3) In our forum, the admin will only delete posts they find that break the rules (post personal info, racist, etc...). It's possible they deleted it by accident, but that wouldn't happen 4 times. Are you sure they didn't contact you with a reason for deleting it ?

4) I never said that you said we shave...??

5) If you let me know what your problem is, we can make sure you get paid properly right away.

6) If there is a problem in stats, we will fix it asap, as we always do.

7) I have happened to see you post your affiliate issues with us on GFY on more than one occasion, always at an hour when none of us would be around. ..I'm sure Bryan can give you all our ICQ numbers, that way you will always be able to reach SOMEONE.

Now, I will re-iterate that I am not an account rep. However, I do have the power to help you, if you choose to contact me (still waiting, I'm on ICQ if you like...). I am not sure where you see two things here (calling you a liar and saying you said we shave), but please point them out to me

I have spoken with Bryan about your account, and he has told me that the issue is with how/when we payout?

The weekly system works 2 periods behind (as it always has).

Thus, in your payments, when you see a row for 07/07, that is the date it will be issued. It covers the period of 06/13/2005 - 06/19/2005 (plus any carryover from the previous weeks if you hadn't reached your minimum).

When you see "status" as Pending, that means the issue hasn't occurred yet. When you see "Issued", it means it has.

If you have not received a payment that is marked as Issued, then it is a problem we need to resolve. According to Bryan though, this wasn't your issue.

I won't go into any other specifics here (as I"m sure you dont want details shared), but if you ICQ me we can probably resolve this in 2 minutes.

This is my last post to you here. Life is too short and I have work to do. I believe Lara receieved my last email, so you surely have sufficient info to rectify the situation. I will not listen further to you trying to save face here by discrediting me and acting so "aw shucks" helpful. You are on a mission to save face because my public cry for help has brought out some negative publicity from the ranks of gfy. None of this would have happend or "my other post" had you answered my request for help 17 days ago.

To conclude, the fact that you find any of this funny is aweful. I do not find anything funny about an honest man (me) who works hard for his family, only to not be paid, and have to practically beg to get someone to look at his ineptly functioning account. As mentioned, GFY was a last resort, and what a WONDERFUL resort it is! GFY and other forums are a fantastic tool because they actually regulate our industry, in many ways. The truth always comes out on a forum. Your responses here to my last ditch attempt at support prove this theory - no sponsor wishes to look poorly on a forum, therefore it regulates their behavior to usuall be honest and offer good support.

My LAST WORD:

I truly think the problems are isolated to my account. Lara and Bryan both have all the details. I have tried to get someone to help without any success (as Bryan will attest). Obviously, posting on GFY has had the desired affect . . . I now have hald a DOZEN reps scrambling to give me ICQ #s to sort my problem.

Anyone reading this, make your own conclusions. I'm honest, I don't usually make a fuss (im british after all lol), and this was all I could think to do to get some support.

I'm off to watch tennis re-runs.
