i did support for a major program for over a year, the only reason i ever got was "i don't have a cc, can i send you a check"

or something in a foreign language i could never translate with altavista

it solves all the problems mentioned above..

Tell them to drive to the nearest gas station , pick up a duocash enabled phone card.. use duocash to process in addition to your current processor..

Its anonymous , you cant be overcharged , and you dont need check or credit card or even a bank account to get one.

I dont have enough credit on my card. is usually the one. Will you take a check is the next.

The response is usually a money order will do fine. We actually had a guy that sent us 3 money orders over the period of a year. Instead of charging him by the month, we charged him the monthly fee for a quarter.
