I need help on a php script or a phpadsnew fix...please read. - GoFuckYourself.com

Okay this is the issue I am having and then I'll get to what I'm needing done.

I am running phpadsnew on a server and wanting to manage ads on about 20+ blogs.

Now phpadsnew works fine for setting up banners and text links in the actual template of the blog.

But it will not work in the post where I need it to as well.
The reason I need it to, is that not 100% of the clicks go to my referral code, a % of them goes to someone elses and I wanted an ad management system to make this easier.

Now since this doesn't work, any suggestions on what I should use?

This was my possible solution.
For every sponsor create a landing page, and on that page there will be a redirect script that redirects with the right referral code to the sponsors.

in other words the link in the blog post would be something like.

domain.com/sponsor/niche.php

That niche.php page will host a script that will now redirect to the sponsor 50% of the time with my referral code and 50% of the time with the other referral code.

Okay now I am not a programmer, and couldn't code php if I thought my life would depend upon it.

If this is a viable solution then I need someone to code it for me..so how much?

IF there is something prebuilt I can buy or download for free ..a link would be greatly appreciated.
