Update from us:
- Swamped with requests, and over a month ago we put up a temporary link with 85% of the ids'. - Many customers are demanding model releases also. new or old law does not require this. I only provide releases with exclusive content. Over 4 years ago I did this and some wahooo sold the content as his to adult legal. - We are actively keypunching in a database system to fully comply with the new law, unfortunately with over 5200 sets, about 4100 exclusive this is time consuming - our exclusive customers have taken priority over folks that bought a $5 set on gfy 3 years ago. If you have a set that is one of the 15% that is not on my temporary link and it's driving you and me both crazy, pick any two sets to replace it. |
PhotoGreggXXX, 2257 says you have to have both: model id and release. It's not enough to have just the model id.

here are the people not supplying the Docs for me.
cloud9content adultcontent.ca zipcontent Amateur-Cutie-Content.Com sexcontents.com david Lace (davidlace.com) there are more, I just cant rmember everyone I have emailed. most have not written back, a couple have saying they were going into hibernation untill this is over or some other bull. we need a master list so people know who not to buy from in the future. |
how did you get ahold of lace, I have been emailing them over and over again and never any replies.

just a question: how do you tell that the girl was 18 at the day of shooting with just the IDs? you might proof that she is 18 now - but when was the shooting and how old has she been at that day? |
Eric and CactusContent will not answer my numerous emails.
I got a blocked drivers license. He answered pretty fast whan I made my order, I seem to recall. |

Great thread. I'll add my experiences below:
These companies took care of me (or had already provided legal docs): adultstockphotos.com focusadult.com paulmarkham.com photorama.nl planetcontent.com -> THANK YOU!!! The following companies have NOT provided compliant docs: 123content.com (formerly 1stcontent.com) DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I was first promised compliant docs over a month ago. Since then it's been all empty promises and now they just ignore me. Had problems with them when they were 1stcontent.com as well. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM; THEY WILL ONLY DISAPPOINT YOU. davidlace.com Site is down, docs are not yet available. ipasak.com Was promised docs on 6/15 - never were provided. jvcontent.com Bought content off their site on June 22 - site mentioned content is in complete compliance. Downloaded content, docs were non-compliant. Site was taken down soon after that and I have been promised new docs on three different occasions now. Today is one of them. Will post if they fix. matrix.com Supplied blocked-out id's and no releases. reyko.com Will only provide id's with blocked out info; no releases. studiocontent.com Was told this... "You have to know that in France, law in slimer than in USA. Shoot photo has been realised before the actualisation of this law that's why we don't have taken precautions about this." No id's or releases were provided. zipcontent.com Site is down; apparently no docs will be provided. |

Regarding the model releases... "The Department rejects, however, two commenters' claims that the Department does not have authority to require a date on the label in the first instance. Although section 2257 does not explicitly require a date on the label, the Attorney General has the statutory authority to issue appropriate regulations to implement the section and has determined that the purposes of the section cannot be accomplished without such a date. There would be no way to determine whether a performer is underage without knowing the date that the material was produced or reproduced." it took long to notice the thread lol
Just wanted to mark the spot - we do everything to keep up a good work And thanks to cyberxxx for the good words ;) |
If they dont giv eu the 2257 I would worry about how they do business because something is wrong
