Do your teeth hurt when you drink water that's a little cold? Or when you eat ice cream?

If so...get ready baby, because the third 20-minute session (of 3 total) will feel like someone has pliers on each of your pearly whites and is literally ripping them out. Most incredible pain I've ever had, and I've been in multiple brawls. I literally saw white flashes and nearly passed out in the chair lol...it was awesome if you like that sort of thing.
The results are great though, shame because I'd love to do it again...lasts about 12 months depending upon your coffee/coke drinking habits, and whether you're a smoker.

It's a pain that last about a day but a pain that makes your day go very very slowly.

What TheMan means by "on your 2nd time" is the second of three 20-minute sessions. He's right, the first instances of pain, if you're going to have pain, occur about 10 minutes into that session. You get a small flash of pain, like electricity through your teeth, and you think "Oh that's the pain? Shit that's nothing, those guys on GFY were pussies."
Then it quickly ramps up in intensity to the point where the entire last 20 minute session, the third one, is worse than any interrogation technique Saddam ever thought up...lol, be a man, you can take it.

i did it & it was a drag sitting there with that fuckin brace in your mouth for an hour and a half ...but it looks good for a long time.

No one should be scared away by the "pain" comments alone. Test yourself: When you drink ice cold water does it hurt a little, are you sensitive?
If so, Zoom isn't for you, at all.
If not, you're like the other 7 out of 10 people who won't feel a thing.Comment
