No, but you can tell webmasters to promote your site and galleries which is about the same thing just more hassle free.

For every signup that comes through your site from another pornaccess affiliate or from somewhere else (internal pornaccess traffic, some blog that links to you because the owner likes it etc.) you get either 15% recurring or 5$.

No, you will get paid as though you were an affiliate yourself... ie, revshare or $5 per signup.
