Sign-ups from other than US ???
With all the 2257 discussion, a lot of GFY'ers were claiming that without the US surfers and signup, foreign sites would close.
Well, I was looking this morning at the new signups ( I rarely go see the details ...) and this is what I got: IP CN 64.108.xx.xx US 82.43.xxx.xx UK 168.115.xx.xxx KR 213.234.xxx.xxx NO 80.137.xxx.xxx DE 220.235.xx.xx AU ......... Hits ..... Initial ..... Ratio TOTAL: 15 ....... 6 .......... 2.5 So out of 6, there is ONE from the US ( 16.6% ) .... I will look at the past stats to see if this is just a coincidence or a everyday pattern... Changes the perspective of advertising...
