its not even in beta, there was a video from GnoDex of the developers showing off LongHorn with IE7, IE7 wasnt going to be for XP but microsoft desided to take IE7 and make it for XP too since longhorn is a year or so away, The beta is to hit microsoft beta center in mid summer, So give it a few weeks for the beta to float out..
