Lower case g in Grammar. Actually, since it is a title, the p in police should probably be upper case as well.

Thanks xlogger, if it makes you (or anyone else) feel better, that is exactly the sentiment I felt was in your thread. In a sense, you are providing a service to me by calling attention to a choice I make that is well-considered and conscious, and actually a big part of the "person" I am in this "place".

Writing is like any other expression -- there is a collective body of work that exists before you, that you inherit when you become "alive" as an expressive being. The strangeness you observe in my writing is such a compromise, such an adaptation -- and one that gives me great pleasure to indulge.

If I have failed to make myself clear enough to you, I would want to know that -- but it does not even seem that is the case. It seems, rather, that yours is a voice (like a language in my example above) that persons here have come to associate with attributes which, frankly, I did not see present here tonight.
