Will moving all content overseas protect US webmasters from the wrath of 2257
If I move my servers overseas will I be protected, or would I have to move my entire company over there too?

You can move yourself, it does not matter. You are a US Citizen and bound by the laws of the US no matter where you are in the world. You are also still bound to pay US taxes.
You need to ask these sorts of questions to lawyer, a lot of WRONG info on boards.
