Well, it's still not official, it seems there is a holdup... a minor insurance problem with Q-Rich but it seems that it will deffinately go through and will be announced probably tomorrow. At least it's what all the papers are reporting:

Suns vs Heat for next year..

The Lakers don't have Ray Allen or Kevin Garnett money. They'll be lucky if they can nab Johnathon Bender. When Brian Grant decides he doesn't want the 12 million a year to ride the bench, then the Lakers will have superstar money.
