Which lake? I live up north of Mt. Pleasant on a 350 acre lake

Just curious which lake you are going out on, one of the great lakes or an inland?

No orchard is one of the deeper inlands

Cool, never been to those, when I lived down in Novi, we used to go to Proud Lake all the time. The lake up here is jam packed this weekend already, next weekend is usually nuts with all the fireworks displays on the lake and such.

There is one up here pretty much every weekend

My family and friends are almost always up, and right next door is a resort on the lake, and some of our friend and family will rent cabins over there

Lake goes all the way around the point that is sticking out in the middle of the pick, shaped like a Z.

Just be careful, there is a reason it is called walled lake from what I understand. Never been on it, had friends who lived on it, etc. Supposedly there is a wall in the middle of it you need to be careful of.

I lived in Novi at 9 & Meadowbrook moved in in the early 80's right after 12 oaks was built and moved out a few years ago.

Cool I was a firefighter in Dearborn Heights for a year. South Dearborn Heights actually, Telegraph and Van Born area.

I grew up on those lakes. Right off of Vorheis between Telegraph and M-59. Still head down that way from up north to visit family.
