Ifriends 2257 and other live cam sites?
Hi I'm curious about sites like Ifriends and their 2257 statements.
Did anyone see this? And what do you think about it? Thanks! Do the cam host still need to keep record keeping while doing live cam shows on sites like this?
Proof of Age/Compliance with U.S.C. 18-2257; "18+ Certified" Information:
All explicit adult material on iFriends is fully documented pursuant to USC 18-2257, and all individuals appearing on the service are verified to be at least 18 years of age. Interested parties, such as law-enforcement or major internet service companies with adults-only areas that work in cooperation with iFriends, can therefore instantly verify, in real time, that materials available on iFriends - or otherwise carrying the instantaneously-verifiable "iFriends Certified 18+" label - involve only documented adults. Adult-themed material available on the internet which lacks the "iFriends Certified 18+" designation may (or may not be) illegal contraband.
