You can't pay to be excluded from the law *cough* OJ *cough*. Just make your site compliant. I can well afford membership, and I can make my site compliant, and so should you. You do not require an FSC membership! Your support would be helpful, but don't think you need to be on this list.

if you don't want to pay your own way,, do this. Go to your blog folder on your drive... click ctrl-F then type in *.jpg .. enter. Then hit ctrl-A and press delete. Make your server side folder match your new file list too.
