    It is tomorrow at 1:30 PM in Judge Walker D Miller's Courtroom

    At that time if any agreement has been reached on the mottion for a TRO it will be decided on by Judge Miller.

              yes and no, the judge will almost certainly accept whatever agreement has been worked out, but thats why nobody will talk about it till then because it isnt official until the judeg says it is
