24-7 support by aim or icq or pref both

1 ghz or better half gig of ram or better

cpanel10 and phpmyadmin 2.6.1-pl2

mysql the newest php

1mbit of b/w (non cogent)

And i need it setup by tonight (within 4 hours), so that i can start serving a page with an IP address until my domain propogates.

And i want it for not much more than $100

And no i don't need a high end host like oxeo, isprime, naitonalnet, splitfinity, jupiter or techiemedia for this project its for a friend starting out.

Well, no offense pr0, but you aren't going to get the level of support you're asking for unless you go with one of the top tier hosting providers. Quality support takes a quality setup with a quality team of techs, which runs a couple extra bucks.
