Burning the flag is one of the most ultimate freedoms it represents. That's why fascists have tried a number of times to take it away. Doesn't surprise me in the least that they espouse backing it up with violence

Burning flags is a childish and somewhat stupid way to make a point.
Caring about people burning flags is a totally pointless waste of time and energy.
Outlawing burning flags is an extremely dangerous political move towards restricting freedom of expression, and all the more dangerous because it directly restricts freedom of political expression.
