    Does your body start to fall apart once you hit 30?

    Once I turned 30 im getting little aches and strains. My friend told me once you hit 30 your body goes to shit.
    is this true?

        You tend to gain a little more weight and it is harder to burn off like you could in your 20's..other then that you might hear some cracks and snaps all over your body..just your bones settling in

                          I put on a lot of weight in my mid to late 20's and in the last 2 years I have lost 55 lbs and 4 pant sizes plus found that when I work out the results stick around longer. I feel better at 34 than I did at 28, but my body still reminds me of my age every now and then. My back especially.
                          Seems like results vary from person to person.

                            For the most part yes, you start to notice your body begin it's slow decline.

                              it depends 100% on you. i am 34 and i have never been stronger in my life.

                              he turns 40 in two months. ronnie coleman (current 7 time mr olympia) is also 39 or 40.
