    Domains by proxy and 2257

    When a domain is registered privately, how can they check if the owner of that site lives in the US and has to comply with the 2257 rules?

    You think if the gov't asks the registrar for your information the registrar will say no?

        how is it going to look like?
        the US government is going to go through the sex tracker TGP list and then check if each site is complaint and then check whois for the non compliant ones
