After analyzing the new 2257 regulations, we have worked to be fully
compliant and created solution, so there are not impacts on our US webmasters after the new 2257 requirements become active on June 23, 2005.

Below are the changes we made to reduce the impact of the new regulations.

ALL CARTOON SITES ARE 100% COMPLIANT
Our cartoon sites www.cartoonsexmania.com, www.cartoonpornfever.com and www.toongayxxx.com are 100% compliant with the new 2257 regulations as there are no actors and all webmasters can promote them and use all promotional materials without worries.

OUR SEXUALLY EXPLICIT SITES
We have provided "Softcore Version" banners for all of our sites that our
US Affiliates or Webmasters who would like to comply with the new 2257
regulations should use. Additional "Softcore Version" banners will be added over the next two weeks and for the "Hardcore Version" banners, HPIC is working on a solution to give affiliates access to our 2257 records in the event of a lawful 2257 investigation. We will let you know when this is ready.

Affiliates are encouraged to take advantage of our hosted galleries that
display sexually explicit content since linking to these pages does not
require them to hold records.

We appreciate the support of our US webmasters in understanding the
situation and remind them that we plan to continue to be proactive and offer
