"Secondary Producers"
Does anyone know what constututes a "secondary producer"?
Could this mean an end to blog providers such as LiveJournal, because they can't control all public content on their servers? What about hotmail or yahoo? Can they be held accountable for pornographic attachments uploaded to their servers? What does 2257 mean for Gofuckyourself? If someone posts hardcore pictures on the boards without 2257 records and the feds see it, can they shut down GFY?
