    A big Fuck YOU to sponsors!

    You guys wait till the last fuckin minute to post or email about your new 2257 content policies and terms of service. I have over 9 k of pages out there and now these sponsors say they are not going to release the proper docs to the afillates.

    Now i have 2 options now

    A: pull all pages down and lose all of my income
    B: Leave my pages up and deal with outcome


    This is not about only me. There are 1000's of webmasters out there in the same boat. Now please tell me why the hell you guys wont release the docs to your afillates? We are good enough to send you sales. But yet you wont help us comply wtf? Alot of sponsors just lost alot of sales from alot afillates.


    Now I am calling for some sponsors to step up and say hey " For any webmaster that can send sales and follow are terms, we will send you the required docs.

    So tell me what fuckin sponsor got the balls to step up to the plate?

    There are alot of afillates lookin for new sponsors!


    Before people flame me right now i dont give a fuck. I dont care if you walk out side and get hit my a car, i dont care if you choke on a chicken bone, i dont care if you live to see tommorw right now.

    Two things you dont mess with a mans family or his money. Right now most sponsors are breaking both of my rules

      The fact that you have a level of intelligence to react in such a harsh way tells me that they may be making the right decision to not send out sensitive private information to their webmasters...

                  i'm not a sponsor, but the new 2257 raise some MAJOR privacy issues for the models. If I was a sponsor, I also wouldn't give you my girls name and address info..

                                      Its just not about me its about all afillates. I wish some of the afillates guys would step up for once and have a set of balls. We are the back bone of the business. We make the sponsors what they are.....

                                                          I have to admit that it sucks big time. I went with your option A and decided to pull all my freesites and galleries. Which means less traffic and less sales. My LL is gonna be all text within the next few days. I'm still in the process of removing all sexually explicit images from my server. This is really fucked up. I feel for ya bro. I know your gonna lose money but it sure as hell beats losing your ass virginity. Good luck...

                                                                              The bottom line...deal with it.

                                                                              If you don't like it, become a content producer yourself, or get another job.

                                                                                                                  Well, we got stuck in the same boat as everyone else... trying to get the proper docs and ID from the content producers we got the content from. It's not easy.

                                                                                                                  We only have one company left and we'll be ready to supply everything that affiliates will need to promote all of our free content.

                                                                                                                  It's extremely last minute but couldn't be helped unfortunately. But we will be ready as will our affiliates before the deadline.

I think most of this should of been thought out when the proposed regs were out. They werent going to just fade away.

                                                                                                                                  Do you think this makes ANY sponsor happy? By not giving out ID's and the like, they stand to lose money as well. Their are some sponsors that have made the very dangerous decision of giving out id's . Some are giving out some form of id's ( alterd or encryted) , and those who are playing it safe for everyone, Model, affiliate, and program have for the most part adopted the policy of softcore content only.

                                                                                                                                  Why don't you " step up for once and have a set of balls" and promote hardcore without the doc's?? That is just as stupid as giving them out.

                                                                                                                                  Or go really crazy and purchase some content of the hardcore variety and promote the hardcore sites anyway you want?

                                                                                                                                  Getting pissed about not getting doc's from a sponsor who allowed you into this business with such a low bar of entry a.k.a FREE content, Free hosting, ect is stupid. While I agree you have "worked" but without their tools you will have had ZERO money lifetime to date, so get a grip and adjust. There are plenty of affiliates to take your place. Ones who will have the skills to sell with the tools they are given.

But if i am not mistaking if we release model's private info we also open ourselves up to litigation from them and civil lawsuits from their familys if some psycho does get their info and does something awful to them!

                                                                                                                                                                                                      I don't think some people realize how much work the new 2257 rules have meant to primary content producers. In addition to having to try and interpret some vague and confusing rules, I was faced with a mountain of new paperwork and unanticipated expenses that for me have run into the thousands of dollars.

                                                                                                                                                                                                      I guess I am fortunate that I don't have to deal with the secondary producer issues since I don't have an affiliate program and I don't sell my content. However I am certain that those that do have had to agonize over what to do and then no matter which course they chose, had to work their butts off even more to make their programs compliant by the 23rd.
