2257 and European webmaster
Hi,
Maybe the question has already been asked here but I don't seem to find a thread about this topic. So here it is : What should you do exactly as a European secondary producer (so just a publisher, not a producer) as far as 2257 reg is concerned ? Thanks in advance

See a local lawyer. Only way to protect yourself. There are risks to complying and not complying for foreign webmasters. only a local attorney will be able to really answer the question.
