personaly.. i think their FHGs suck big time.. bad thumbs, linked text images, same content on different galleries, etc...

They're built and added by the site owners (the affiliates who add the tours). You're also able to download your own DVDs to build your own movies. So if you don't like what they offer, you're free to build your own and add them to the network.

From what I can see with my own galleries, webmasters add them to the sites and surfers click thru and signup.
