i was getting 400k+ in the beginning, but it started dropping slowly for me because my connection is capped i believe... it ended before i could see what it would drop to.. but i finished downloading it at 190k

Your average surfer will not enjoy these speeds. From my desktop it started at 190kb/sec and dropped to 153kb/sec by the time it completed. However from some of our servers across the USA it was:
