I am looking into buying a domain name that should be worth alot. I contacted the owner and he said he would be interested in selling and to make him an offer but I got no idea what its worth.

imo 6000 searches a month on so many different subjects isn't worth anywhere near $20,000 - especially considering most of the searches are for free stuff. i think $5000 would be more than enough.
