GFY "Marketing" Techniques

to begin with, we will start off with the most basic of marketing techniques and then work up to more advanced.

1. See Sig / 50 *fill in the blanks*
Refresh the board every second of the day until you see a drama thread started.
Be sure to be one of the first 3 to post on that thread with these two words that will lead you straight to the bank.
"SEE SIG!"

Or

Locate all threads that are approaching the 50 post mark.
You should have 2 windows open. One window to refresh and watch the count, the 2nd with your post already entered so when you see the thread hit the 49 replies mark you just have to hit submit leaving behind your 50th post legacy.

2. Regardless of post add one of these keywords to your title.
[pic], [video], Drama!!!, Juicy *and oh please quit riding his cock - Mobbucks et.al*

3. Create potentially "controversial" threads.
Of course hot button topics include race, politics, religion.
Be sure to include any and all racial epitaphs that come to mind when posting race threads.

4. Fake Drama Threads
The old axiom "any publicity is good publicity" is alive and well on GFY.
In fact I have seen in the past notable marketing gurus actually create fake drama calling each other thieves and scoundrels just for fun and sig views.

What a great marketing technique. Not only will some of those who only view the thread once will go away thinking you or your fellow board whore is a cheat, but all will definitely go away thinking the both of you are idiots.

Yes I want to do business with you.

5. Multiple Board "Characters."

Have no life? Then this technique is definitely for you.

6. Misleading thread titles.
One of the top marketing techniques used on GFY, I'm assuming the ROI is so high because it is used so often.

Example Thread Title: "Hot teen lesbian scene [pic]"
You click on the thread and there is either a pic of ******* or goatse.

Yes it worked. Not only do you get to see the grime scraped from the bottom of the barrel of human kind but you also get to see a gaping asshole and/or a japanese woman defecating on herself.

Now to close the deal *mind you this next technique is the advanced version and only reserved for those with borderline personality disorder, or suffer the most serious forms of narcissism* You then call those who clicked on your thread...sheep!.

Yes, those you are trying to sucker into clicking on the link in your signature are not possible clients, or affiliates of those you represent, but mindless sheep. A group of people you have zero respect for.

Now the most horriible fact is, this seems to work, and those who use these techniques seem to benefit and are rewarded by their efforts.
