Let me know what you like.. I will ship you some steaks.

His wholesale meat company sells THE FINEST meats in so cal.

You know the Montage resort in Laguna Beach? They buy our Prime Dry Aged Fillets and rib eyes exclusively. FORTY BUCKS per pound! Wholesale. Better than Kobe beef.

Or, you can make a trip up to Newport Beach and visit our Gourmet grocery store, "Promelis Westcliff Market".

Not famous for our seafoods, although it is top knotch... But the beef, all natural, hormone free, it's to die for. (no pun intended)

My problem is that my burgers ususally end up too dry.

I started putting red wine vinegar in the raw meat before packing it together and that helps, but it's not really juicy like I want.

Try what I posted above, it will be very juicy.

Few things could be happening. You do not have enough fat in your meat (pure sirloin for instance). You may be pressing down on the patty with a spatula. Then there is also the chance your flipping it more than once.

Not to be picky, but HAMBURGERS is not BBQ. BBQ sandwhiches are made with pulled pork. People in my area put cole slaw on the sandwhich. I don't like it like that. I like it as a side.

friend of mine brought these to the BBQ. With peanut sauce. Delicious!

I can see that most of you dont know the difference between BBQ'ing and grilling

Mr Pheer 06-18-2005 05:22 PM

for those of you that dont know the differnce... this is BBQ'ing
http://www.zearth.com/photos/2899-2.jpg

the fire is built in the small box and the food is cooked in the large box over indirect heat

and this is grilling
http://www.webergrillschicago.com/im...buy_online.jpg

the food is cooked directly over the coals

normaly burgers are grilled, and not BBQ'd
