Lenny, too hardcore with your original post, though the message was correct. No one should alter their 2257 prep simply because an application for an injuction was filed. Emphasis on FILED. Not GRANTED. FILED.

Your thread title was leading people to believe that the judge has already issued an injunction, which he hasn't.
