i can't for the life of me, fix my sleeping cycle.... i used to always pull all nighters and was able to fix it by doing that... no i try and pull an all nighter and stay up till 10pm to fix it, but end up falling asleep at 2-3pm even if i drink a shitload of coffee.... so lately i've been waking up at 8pm and sleeping at 9am and i can't fix it!

so i've been going to the casino, since theres nothing else to do at that time in the morning, good thing is i've been going for the last week and been up at least 200 every night i go..... but i need a way to fix my sleeping cycle.... maybe sleeping pills or something so i can force myself to sleep at 10pm and wake up at a reasonable hour... i feel very unproductive as it is, being asleep during business hours.... or if i AM awake, exhausted and not able to get much done

i have the same issue however i don't see it as a problem. I choose to wake up at 6pm and go to bed at 6am, I am way more productive at night.

Go see the doc..he gave me some pills that knocked my ass out..after about a week or 2 my body clock seemed to adjust

i agree, i'm def a night person... but this is WAY too fucked up.. its exactly opposite of a normal persons schedule.... i would prefer to wake up around 1pm or so.... but waking up at 8pm is beyong fucked up. it's also putting a strain on my relationship with my girlfriend, since she works and doesn't have as much freedom when it comes to time, as i do....

im moody and always fucking edgy.

it has its pros and cons

i never feel tired, it must be the drugs, wait no, the drugs me me sleepy, I dont know wtf it is. maybe its Jesus.

I am exactly the same, I seem to get a shit load of work done from midnight to six, however since I am on the other side of the world America is twelve hours behind so it makes sense.
