The American Embassy can help you. When my gf went to Puerto Vallarta last summer and didn't call me for 2 days, I figured something must be wrong, and called the Americam Embassy in the middle of the night. Within an hour they tracked her down to some motel where she had spent all night throwing up with fever and was treated with an IV by some local doctor.

first night back and brett takes me to a taco stand at 3 in the morning that is in the "GAY" district of vallarta.
