It's interesting seeing the 2257 debate on releasing of crucial information to prove a model is over the age of 18 years. Especially when congress is discussing measures to help 'protect' Americans better from identity theft. Couple that with the 'revelation' that the biggest area of growth for identity theft is online. Seems like another amazing government contridiction, huh?

The identification information should only be released to those legitimate affiliates you conduct business with. A confidentiality agreement is a good touch. If you have any doubts or questions about their legitimacy or are afraid to release the info, have them go to text links. If you are certain they are stakers or someone trying to take advantage of a shitty system, have them send you their ID and forward them the phone number of NAMBLA.

As a "Secondary Producer" myself, I don't have any problem with signing a confidentialty agreement, non-disclosure agreement, providing MY ID information and telephone information, and if necessary even going through a background check at reasonable expense to be deducted from my generated income. This is a BUSINESS folks, if you expect the info to be given YOU should be willing to do the same.

Maybe it's time that affiliates either step up, or step away.

i say hell no. do what other proggies are doing and develop a threshold of how many sales a day they should do to recive records. and i would never give model #s out.

too easy to steal talent that way and is majorly taken a chance on the girl life too.
