          I'm not worried about it at all as I live in Mexico....I was just curious as to how the designers in the US are handeling this situation. If you have a portfolio up, you would obviously need all the docs for models used on all the sites you display. And if you are using sites in your portfolio that you designed for comanies not willing to give you 2257 docs or they just don't have the docs, well then...I guess you can't use that site in your portfolio...

          So, do you just keep the url to your portfolio hidden from the public and only give it to clients who want to see your work? Or are you saying "fuck it, they aren't comming after designers' ?

                That is easy to do, although when you do that, alot of the time the client starts bitching about the pop ups or redirects... I guess a US designer could make screenshots of their sites and send them to potential clients thru e-mail or something....
