For some odd reason I received about 6 of that type yesterday. I didn't visit the URL to confirm anything but simply reported it to ASACP.

Last year I reported spam of this type to the host, and the site spammed in the email was a very legitimate mainstream business. Someone was trying to frame them by sending out fake spam.
