Non-us managed servers

 I'm looking for non-us managed/dedicated hosting with the type of support i've come to expect from Isprime, can anyone recommend a host? So far, iweb.ca looks like the best bet, I contacted their sales team and explained to them the kind of service I get with Isprime and they said they could do the same type of service on a level 5, 149$ administration plan. Anyone have any experience with hosting at iweb.ca? Thanks.

I'm pretty sure where its located doesnt matter, its still the owner.
I have my server in the states, and the states still cant do anything about it.
