If I start one of those "Name a Star" sites
Do I really have to have some contract with NASA or some other astrological agency, or can I just look on a map of stars and pick one out and send people a certificate?

Most of them don't need any kind of certification
Alot of people made money off the 'buy land on the moon/mars' certificates a few years ago |
