i love my coffee.. stay away from coke - well coca cola that is yeah i think it's def the sugar, it's super addictive! I watch some of my friends that are addicts go thru similar withdrawls and will crave sweets as well to fill the void.

whats missing? how about an insane amount of sugar your are injecting into your blood stream everyday. caffeine is nothing. your blood sugar and insulin is most likely going crazy as it tries to adjust to the absence of elevated blood sugar levels.

just so you know, you are killing yourself. i dont mean this in a missinformed health food hippy kinda way. i am not talking about all the acids (artificial sweetners), corrosive properties of coke and wives tales and urban legends. i mean you are ingesting ungodly amounts of sugar that is going to ultimately cause insulin resistence in your body, obesity and diabetes. you are feeling these effects right now.

FYI coffee has way more caffine that coke has. Hell it has more caffine than any soda by far. Soda is not legally allowed to pack as much.

All I know is the syrup they use to make coke needs to be transported with hazardous materials placards (saw that when I still worked the docks a few years back)
