This was no small doing considering we have been shooting since 99. On the site you will now see "Date of Production" that applies to the set. Today we finish up the delivery system so all clients can obtain the records required. They will be in PDF format and you will have a list that matches the releases with the content name. We will email all people that have ordered tomorrow to announce the system is ready.

Nothing like you do. I work with plenty of great top companies and always will. This is because they know the value of great content and their bank accounts reflect that too. Just creating more of the best content money can buy. Oh and all my clients will be 100% compliant with 2257. Few content companies can say they are 100% in the clear. So I'm not losing sleep over you and people using my content won't either.

Ok, but the topic was in regaurds to 2257 and to inform our clients, current and past. Even the customers upset about what happend. They still need to be legal. It was not for these haters to take shots at Matrix and lower the impotance of the post. The point is they don't know what they are talking about. Let me remind everyone that beyond the "extortion attempts", we were filed on. A lawsuit. Know very well how it felt. What made me even sicker was that Matrix infomation was most likely used. I'm in the content business. Selling my list would very bad of business. This is how I make my living and so do my employees too. I do not have other sourses of income. Full time commitment here. Very noble of you to stick up for a few assholes.

hello Norman, what is the status of this please?

I received this email this morning, it looks like they are putting the plan on hold.

Dear client,

As you know new 2257 regulations are to go into effect on June 23.
As our clint we want to make sure that you are fully compliant with
the law and are free to conduct you everyday business using our
images without concern. As the old regulations stood we have always
provided you with the required documentation. Our new system is
ready to provide the new required documents. The difference is, we
will have to provide IDs without sanitization. Meaning we have not
removed any information from the id. As you can imagine, this
concerns us greatly. We feel that this requirement violates the
privacy and safety of our models, yet as the law stands we will be
required to do so. If you are not up to date with the current
actions of the FSC and other attorneys, they have filed to stop this
new regulations from going into effect. The first day a judge will
be looking at this is tomorrow(Thursday). We are hoping that these
new regulations will be thrown out or at least modified to protect
the models. The attorneys feel very strongly that they will be
successful. Finding out this information Wednesday morning has made
us desice to hold of releasing the sensitive information till we have
had or day in court. The best thing that will happen is all of this
will go away and it's biz as usual and you will be compliant as
always. I know we are all hoping for this result. On the other hand
if not successful we will compile with the new regulations and
deliver to you the required 2257 information. So we hope you
understand and agree with our decision to wait one more day. If it
was not for the models we would not be in this business. Below you
will find you username and password to use to update your records, if
we are required to. As soon as we know the out come we will email
you what was the final verdict. Again let me take the time to thank
all of you for supporting Matrix Content and enabling us to do what
we love.

Yesterday I spoke with Greg Piccionelli. Many of you should be familar with him. He is our attorney and also represents several of the largest adult companies. I was told that today a judge will be hearing the argument that might kill the new regulations. Wouldn't that be great!!!!????? Anyway, so I desided to wait another day and hope that this judge will see that providing such sensative information is insane. We are ready to go and deliver what is required if things don't go our way. Our way meaning the industry's way. So cross your fingures, toes, and any other body part you can. Everyone that has ever ordered from us was sent an email with their username and password. We will be send a follow up as soon as I have some information of the hearing. We are ready and you will be too before the 23rd no matter what happens.

For people that have purchased your entire collection that is 2500+ sets, releases and ids to put in order. The upload time alone would be a day or 2. By waiting the extra day or two i really feel you are putting your clients in jeopardy. That's really unfortunate.
