good fuking god cant belive this thread is still going on. Its dead simple if you host in the USA but run ya biz from outside the good ol usa get ya link up to 2257. Anyone that is takes care of his biz and produces filth should as standard have taken documents on every single fucking image and video clip ever shot. We have since day 1! Think ahead to when you want to sell, it could well be to US based comp who wont touch you with base ball bat unless you got docs. For primary producers compliance should be a peice of piss no matter where you are. This does not hold for people who have bought 3rd party -- but Exclusive content has always been king. Get a camera learn to shoot - invest some bucks and cover your ass.

I'm going with http://www.leaseweb.com I'm waiting for the first server to be set up at the moment. I've spoken to them a lot on the phone and through e-mail and they seem to be a very professional company. They have very good prices as well.

As i'm an european webmaster if i host my galleries and my tgps on a canadian hosting,changes something?
I mean if i'm able that way to avoid the new USC 2257 regulations.

If you host your sites in the USA you are still risking the law being interpreted as "your primary place of business" being your USA based server - since this is where your business takes place.
