Utah sucks. And they are doing this without the benfit of .XXX. You know damn well once .XXX comes they'll make ISPs block those. Why doesn't someone tell them the internet wasn't made for kids and if they care about kids so much tell them to tell parents in Utah to actually PARENT their kids and quit asking the government to do it for them. Who in the fuck are they to tell me what I can allow to come into my home or not.

Less than 10% of parents with children have filtering software installed. Until that number is far over 90, I don't see how this is anything but parental irresponsibility.
