The replacement is not gonna be there true, but they stopped producing the NSX June 2005 for real.

super hot car indeed :thumbsup :thumbsup

AphEX 06-13-2005 12:10 PM

Sweet car! :thumbsup

CybermedAndy 06-13-2005 12:14 PM

I've had numerous people telling me they heard they were discontinued... although like sonofsam said they made 2005's...

I know that due to the high price many buyers have chosen to pony up the extra $ to get a bigger name, like Ferrarri.

I know in Canada they sold only a few in the last few years.

sonofsam 06-13-2005 12:15 PM

thats what makes them so nice though, they arn't something you see everyday.... like Mercedes or porsche

wedouglas 06-13-2005 12:15 PM

I can see why it will be discontinued. They don't sell enough. The price is too high for what you get.

IMO, it's a badass car that is one of the best handling in the world, but it hasnt been updated in ages.

Needs a redesign, more luxury interior, and beefier engine to demand the price it does. I think its price is based on it being rather exclusive and rare, but you just can justify its price. :2 cents:

I've heard this a lot actually from reviewers etc- that for the price you should get more Hp, etc.

I honestly just like the look and -as you mentioned- the exclusivity, so I didn't mind ponying up the $.

Teen Kai 06-13-2005 12:35 PM

That car is SO HOT!! Damn!

hova 06-13-2005 01:06 PM

sweet ride!

HpicAnn 06-13-2005 01:09 PM

That's a beautiful car...

AdultWebGraphics 06-13-2005 01:12 PM

It does handle very good and looks super sexy but in realty it's just not that fast. I LOVE the NSX so dont get me wrong but for the price, the perfomance just isn't what I thought it would be when I drove it.

My 35k acura cl type S is almost as fast, granted its not a head turner like the NSX is.

warlock5 06-13-2005 01:23 PM

NSX is underrated :thumbsup

Dude my buddy just flipped his house(can almost see it in the pics) for $550k, built it 6 months ago for $100k less than that. Real Estate Insanity around here.

Tell me about it! It's crazy! I bought out in Deep Cove 2 years ago, nice water view, quiet area. In that time the average price of homes in this area has shot up from the 450K area to the latest average of 690K

You should hit me up about the Bear Mountain Deal, L.B. is giving us one hell of a deal!

austinth 06-13-2005 01:51 PM

plus I'm looking at the Courtney area next. You know how hot that area is now!

Certainly none like it in lil' Victoria here. :)

I'm assumming that you bought and shipped the car from the US.

Any difficulties or problems occurring when buying from the US?

I'm looking at purchasing an older viper and there's a few i'm looking at in the US and was wondering if this was easy as it seems.

Not really any problems that I'm aware of- the dealership handled all that so I didn't have to deal with much of the headaches. I know that when I bought my Harley and brought it over it neeeded a new spedometer and some other stuff, but nothing major.

Good call buying from the US, you'll probably save %10-%15 off what you would pay here in Canada once its all said and done.

sniperwolf 06-13-2005 07:59 PM

nice ride you got there!

Thanks, didn't realize that you purchased thru a dealership. My case would be to purchase the car, either fly down and drive it back up or deal with the details of shipping it up.

Verbal 06-13-2005 08:42 PM
