i eat that easily in 1 meal. i dont really eat fast food either, or anything high in saturated fat for that matter.

you should get with a real fitness competitor or bodybuilder and have them make you one up. dontuse the so called trainers they have at local gyms, they usually dont know anything.
what cisty and state are you in, I can see if pro's are doing personal training in your area.
its expensive, my diet costed me 500$ to have made, so you have to be willing to shell out some cash.
