It is illegal to specify ethicity/race in an employment ad generally. Does the same apply for model positions? It doesn't make sense that it would. Modeling is superficial and models are chosen for a specific look. Therefore, it would make sense for you to be able to state that it your ad.

Just say that you only want caucasian girls so that the ethnic girls don't call. It isn't like you're a company offering a full time job....I've told white girls to their face that I can't use white girls because they can't sell well for me. None of them get pissy about it.
